Finest quality chicken is marinated in a mixture of our own freshly ground aromatic spices with added yogurt, fried onion, mint, and coriander for overnight before cooking. Mixture is then layered with long grain basmati rice, touched with saffron and ghee, and cooked “dum-style” in a sealed pot.
